Batik, fashion and island living — made into something distinctly individual.
Titania is Pika's creative practice in Langkawi, bringing traditional batik into contemporary clothing, bags, jewellery and accessories.
The journey began in 2020, when Pika started making pieces for herself. She loved batik, but also fashion, individuality and distinctive design — and began exploring how traditional fabrics could become something more personal and contemporary.
What started as pieces for her own wardrobe gradually grew into Titania. Today, Pika combines selected batik and cotton fabrics with beads and handcrafted details, designing, cutting and sewing pieces in small quantities. Some details are finished by hand, and many designs are deliberately limited rather than mass-produced.
Her work is shaped by batik, nature and island living, while leaving room for experimentation and individual expression. The result ranges from clothing to bags, jewellery and smaller accessories — sometimes ready-made, sometimes created to order.
