General practice, metabolic health and body recomposition in Langkawi
The Island Medic is Capt (R/Army) Dr. P. Chakravarthi, MBBS (IMU), MCAI (Ireland), a general practitioner who has been based in Langkawi for more than two years. His work has a particular interest in metabolic health and body recomposition.
Dr. Chakravarthi works with people across the island on a wide range of health-related issues. Beyond general practice, his work and activities include health talks, personal training, and Sunday health walks.
He is also developing personal training in and out of the gym with a focus on body recomposition, as well as seminars around metabolic health and body recomposition.
